Jan always provides a very professional service when she visits my cat. Charlie is quite a timid cat and hates going into a cattery when we go away, so Walk This Way Pet Service is the perfect alternative. He gets to stay in his home, can cruise the neighbourhood when he likes and most importantly gets fed regularly. Having used Walk This Way several times I know can trust Jan and feel comfortable leaving our keys with her.

"A few months ago my circumstances changed and I found myself in need of a dog walker / companion for my Great Dane Duke when I was away all day at work. Duke is extremely important to me and to be honest would scare most people due to the size of him, it was therefore extremely important that I could find the right person so that I could relax and carry on with my work. Duke is, although a large dog, quite nervous but does not show this with Jan and is the total opposite when she arrives, wagging his tail furiously and can't wait to go for his walk.
Jan offers a fanastic level of service and Duke loves it each day when Jan comes and take him out for his walk. I know that some people may be cautious about giving Jan a key to their house to let herself in and out but all I can say is that I have found Jan to be fully trustworthy and have no concerns at all."

After asking Jan of Walk This way to give my dogs two garden breaks at short notice. She came the day before to assess the dogs and ask if any special instructions were needed. On the day she came she left paperwork to say what time she arrived and left, also if any food was given or treats. I was very pleased with her attention to my three dogs. Jan Evans (Walk This Way) has been walking and looking after my West Highland Terrier for many months now on a regular basis.
As our dog, like many others is a much loved family member, it was important for us to find a suitable person, not only with a marvellous indepth knowledge of animal behaviour, but a pleasing personality, this comes through when we have a special task or additional work involving our dog. Her attitude to availability has always been "of Course I can" which in these busy times is very refreshing.

Several times Jan has helped us out especially as working ad hoc for clients based in London can be a problem, but when I return our "little darling" has been walked, brushed, feed and had a play time" and his excitement when he sees her says it all!!

We have been using Walk This Way since January of this year when our border collie - Dexter was 7 months old. Jan's professionalism and level of service was clear from the start when we had an introductory meeting with her, and she was keen to learn about our dog's routines and habits. Having built on this since, we have always felt at ease that we are leaving our home and Dexter in safe hands.
Jan's comprehensive daily feedback forms are very valuable to us as we are continually kept up-to-date with Dexter'sbehaviour and even moods. On a couple of occasions Dexter has been under the weather and Jan has always left detailed updates to let us know how he has been for which we were grateful. We always know what Dexter "did" on the walk too as Jan leaves cheerful notes with lots of information. Also, if we leave notes for Jan we are confident that any information will be followed through.
Jan has also been very flexible and accommodating to us, allowing us to add walks at the last minute as well as cancel them when we have been off work.
